The Art of Stillness in Business

Iain McNay of Conscious TV ( not related to ConsciousLab) interviews Erika Uffindell and Nigel Linacre about the Art of Stillness in Business. Iain basically questions Erika and Nigel if it is at all possible to be ‘Still’ in business, even in the midst of turmoil and tension, and if it is possible, how can we be ‘Still’ and what difference will it make? Erika and Nigel share something of their respective journeys in this interview. They convey insights into how to cope when the going is tough. Its human and humorous, thoughtful and reflective, and has something to offer about consciousness in practice.
